Speakers:
Jenna Graciano, MBA, MHA, Chief Quality and Risk Management Officer at USC University Clinical Services, is an experienced health care, quality, and risk management professional with over 15 years of leadership within the health care field. Jenna serves as the Chief Quality and Risk Management Officer for the University of Southern California - University Clinical Services, where she has led the development and implementation of a risk management program and quality program, and has played a vital role in developing and implementing peer review. Jenna has over 20 years of leading new projects, implementation of new software, and starting up new programs and departments. Prior to working for USC University Clinical Services, Jenna worked in organ and tissue donation and organ transplant, where she held multiple leadership roles in quality, risk, professional development, and operations. Her expertise is within quality assurance, risk management, and compliance and regulations with FDA, CMS, and Joint Commission. Jenna hold’s a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Executive Master’s in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern California. In her free time, she figure skates, golfs, surfs, hikes, and enjoys doing CrossFit.
Anooja Cannon, MS-HSM, CPHQ, is an experienced health care and insurance professional with over 10 years in the industry. As the Senior Market Strategy Lead at Origami Risk, she drives the company's health care market strategy and execution. Previously, Anooja served as Senior Client Executive, leading new projects and delivering innovative client solutions. Prior to Origami Risk, she worked as Manager of Medicaid Business Development at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), where she enhanced Medicaid quality measures and led the successful Medicaid managed care RFP response for New Mexico. Anooja also held roles at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System (UI Health), focusing on enterprise-wide projects for improved patient care and safety.
In addition to her professional work, Anooja teaches Health Care Data Analytics as adjunct faculty at Loyola University Chicago. She holds a Master’s in Health Systems Management from Rush University, a Bachelor’s from Loyola University Chicago, and is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ).
