Achieving high reliability in health care requires more than just a commitment to safety—it demands action. In an evolving health care landscape, team training is a powerful tool for equipping professionals with the skills needed to navigate complexity, mitigate risk, and enhance patient safety.
Effective Enterprise Risk Management recognizes that patient safety is deeply connected to the resilience and well-being of health care teams. To build a culture of high reliability, teams must be equipped with practical strategies that strengthen teamwork, communication, and leadership.
