Speaker:

Dr. Shelley L Lee, DNP, RNC_NIC, CMSRN, CPHRM, CPSO, CHSE, NPD-BC, blends her passions for Nursing, Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Staff Development into her current role as a simulationist.   Her nursing background spans everything from Neonatal Intensive care to Labor and Delivery to adult Medical surgical nursing.  As a Risk Manager, she was a one-person program at an essential safety net hospital.  She now contributes to the simulation program at Tennessee Valley Healthcare System enhancing patient care and staff competence with every simulation.

 

Ginger Fowler, MSN, CMSRN, NPD-BC, began as an LPN in Arkansas. She has since progressed to an aspiring Doctoral nursing student while serving as an RN at the Tennessee Valley health care system.  Her career has been primarily focused on the adult medical surgical environment with a stint in Dialysis. Upon earning her MSN, she discovered her passion for Simulation and Staff Development.
