Join us for a crucial discussion on navigating the intersection of gender-affirming care for minors and the legal landscape. This webinar will provide health care professionals, legal professionals, and advocates with a comprehensive understanding of the standards of care, legal considerations, and best practices for supporting transgender and gender-diverse youth.

The regulatory environment surrounding gender-affirming care for minors is rapidly evolving, yet often inconsistent, creating a high-risk environment for providers. Navigating this complex terrain requires a deep understanding of both the Standards of Care outlined by professional organizations and the laws and regulations governing health care practices.

Risk management professionals play a crucial role in helping providers navigate these challenges. By staying abreast of relevant laws and regulations, they can guide providers in developing and implementing strategies to minimize risks while prioritizing the needs of their patients.

In our upcoming webinar, "Gender Affirming Care for Minors: Standards of Care and the Law," we delve into the intricate intersection of Standards of Care and the legal landscape shaping gender-affirming care for minors.
