Speaker Bio
Patrick Winter, is the SVP of Commercial Operations at Commure/Athelas, a recently merged leading health care technology company. With a proven track record of customer success, business development, go-to-market strategy, and financial management, he is responsible for leading enterprise-wide product expansions and nurturing long-standing relationships with the company’s hospital and health system customers.
Prior to Commure/Athelas, he led strategic operations functions for organizations including Uber, Health IQ, and NEXT Trucking.
Patrick earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MBA in entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson, and previously served as a naval officer with multiple overseas deployments.
Justin Green, co-founded Strongline (now known as Commure Strongline) in 2017.
Today, he continues to support the business as a valuable Strategic Advisor, while simultaneously supporting the larger health ecosystem as a passionate advocate for workplace safety in health care.
Focusing his entrepreneurial expertise within the health care industry, Justin excels in listening to stakeholders and synthesizing feedback into meaningful action to improve staff safety at scale.
Andrea Mazzaccoli, RN, MSN, MBA, PhD, has more than 45 years of advanced clinical and health care leadership experience, most recently as Chief Nursing and Quality officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a position she held for 15 years prior to her retirement in June 2023.
In this role, she represented thousands of nurses working across the continuum of care to ensure the highest standard for professional nursing practice, advancing quality and safety in nursing and its impact on positive patient outcomes.
Prior to joining Bon Secours, Andrea served as vice president, patient care services and chief nursing officer at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Andrea is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and serves as a magnet appraiser for the American Nurses Credentialing Center and as adjunct faculty at Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing.
