Speaker Bio
Eric Lamprey, JD is a partner in the firm’s Harrisburg office. He concentrates his practice in representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
After law school, Mr. Lamprey worked for a large regional defense firm for a number of years, rising to the level of shareholder, where he handled medical malpractice, health care law, general liability and workers’ compensation cases. Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Lamprey represented claimants in workers’ compensation matters for a local claimant firm.
Mr. Lamprey is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Sections of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. He is also a member of American Society for Healthcare Risk Management. Mr. Lamprey is a frequent presenter at the annual Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Workers’ Compensation Training Conference on a variety of workers’ compensation law topics.
He was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2010 to 2016.
Mr. Lamprey received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from The Pennsylvania State University in 1997 and his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law in 2006, where he was the recipient of the Legal Research and Writing Award.
Mr. Lamprey currently resides in central Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fly fishing, backpacking, kayaking and biking with his family.
