Often a risk manager will inherit a claims program outsourced to a TPA but not have any idea how to know how to measure their effectiveness. However, the success of the claims program (and the TPA's performance) can have a significant financial impact on the facility. This session will look at metrics and measures of effectiveness as seen by a risk manager and an actuary.
