In this course, you will learn more about the key components of employing a thorough cybersecurity program to prevent breaches and protect patient information.
Through this course, you will be educated on some of the most important aspects of protecting an organization from a data breach. This course will provide high-level training on cybersecurity, including what data should be protected, the costs associated with a breach, what hackers and cyber-criminals typically seek, and the types of cyber schemes utilized to obtain data. Additionally, types of security policies that can be implemented to protect the organization will be reviewed, including critical components that must be outlined in those policies. Lastly, the course will discuss the development of an incident response plan, how to handle and manage third-party service provider or business associate agreements, and the creation of an employee training policy.
